KATE MIASIK HAIR SALON POLICIES

All reservations for:

  • ALL SATURDAY SERVICES
  • ALL KERATINA TREATMENTS
  • COLOR CORRECTIONS
  • ALL SERVICES DURING THE MONTH OF DECEMBER

They require 50% of ADVANCE (cash or card in the lounge, bank transfer or payment in OXXO) In case of not receiving your payment receipt 48 hours after requesting your service, the appointment will be subject to being canceled. The advances are NOT REFUNDABLE, but we do respect them for change of appointment with prior notice greater than 48hr before the original appointment.

CONFIRMATION OF YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please confirm your assistance 24 hours before the appointment by answering our call, WhatsApp or the email we will send you. Unconfirmed appointments will be subject to cancellation.

PUNCTUALITY

The time we can wait for you is 10 minutes to be able to assist you in a timely manner, and thus avoid affecting other appointments. If you arrive later we will not have enough time to perform the planned service so your appointment would have to be rescheduled. * subject to calendar availability

* Punctuality is respect for the time of others.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please let us know in advance more than 24 hours, since we handle a waiting list. Last minute cancellations will have a penalty of $250 pesos to your account.
