How far in advance do I need to book my appointment?
We recommend scheduling at the beginning of the week for a weekday appointment, or at least 2 weeks in advance for a Saturday ( all Saturday appointments require 50% deposit) if you want a specific date or time. We encourage rebooking before leaving the salon.
Do I need an appointment?
We recommend you book an appointment in advance, however walk ins are welcome if time is available.
What if I’m running late?
Due to a very busy schedule we can only accept 10 minutes tardiness. If you arrive late we may not be able to provide you with the full service you requested but we ll do everything possible to accommodate you depending on availability of our schedule. We like to be on time for all our clients! If you arrive very late you may be denied the appointment and may have to cover 50% of the cost of the missed service. Our Cancelation Policy allows up to 24hrs previous of the appointment to be cancelled with no cancelation fee. Repeat last-minute cancelations are not welcome, and we may ask you to prepay all future appointments.
Do I need to wash my hair before?
Most of our services include washing and conditioning and we like to see your hair in its natural state, so it is not necessary you wash it before your cut or color. however we recommend if you are coming for an up-do that you arrive with your hair clean and dry for easier styling.
How often do I need to cut my hair?
We recommend 4-6 weeks for short hair and 6-10 weeks for long hair.
How long does my color last?
Color touch ups for roots every 4-6 weeks and hi-lights 6-10 weeks.
Can I come for a consultation?
We offer complimentary consultation to all our clients, we advise you call to let us know when you are coming so we can make sure there is a stylist available to talk to you and advise on most suitable style. During our busy times you may be asked to wait or come back a bit later
Are the stylists qualified?
Kate Miasik, the owner has trained with Vidal Sassoon London and is also certified as Wella Master Color Expert. All our salon staff are prepared by Kate. Read more about Kate Miasik, hair stylist.
